Patrik Hedelin has extensive experience in international
corporate finance, in particular directed equity issues,
mergers and acquisitions, incentive schemes and tax
driven transactions. Mr Hedelin has been employed
by Lazard Brothers Ltd, Enskilda Securities, HSBC Investment
Bank Plc, FIBA Nordic Securities and Cheuvreux de Virieu
Nordic where he served as Head of Corporate Finance.
Mr Hedelin has experience from both London and Stockholm.
Mr Hedelin also co-founded boo.com in London where he
lead the new issues and investor relations.
In year 2000, Mr Hedelin founded Hedelin & Co AB. Mr
Hedelin holds a Master degree from Stockholm School
of Economics and a Master of Law degree from University
of Stockholm

Jonas Risberg has nearly 30 years of broad
experience from working as a venture capitalist and
in senior sales and marketing positions from several
IT and technology companies. Mr Risberg has served
as a partner at 3i and InnovationsKapital in Sweden.
Mr Risberg has previously served as Managing
Director at MFS Communications and MCIWorldcom where
he later served as VP with responsibility for
several countries in Europe. During Mr Risbergs
employment, MCIWorldcom Nordic did grow from a
start up to a turnover of USD 180 million and 600
employees. Mr Risberg has also been
employed by IBM and Ericsson in leading sales and
marketing positions. Mr Risberg holds a Master
degree in Engineering and Business Administration
from Linköping Institute of Technology. Mr
Risberg joined Hedelin & Co as a
partner in April 2009.

Annika Lagerhorn has worked with content management
in the field of strategic business information, organisation-
and leadership topics since 1998. Content and information
products include in-depth reports, newsletters and journals
for executives, managers and HR-directors. Ms
Lagerhorn has been employed by the Swedish research
company Insight Lab AB as contributing editor and project
manager for several years. In addition, she has worked
for clients such as Thomson Fakta AB (part of The Thomson
Corporation) and Chef AB (a Swedish publisher of information
products covering management issues). Ms Lagerhorn
holds a Master degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
